Pre-Set Décor and Design Packages

At Ashangali Events, every design begins with intention. Our pre-set décor packages make it a breeze to elevate the decor of your celebration regardless. You'll receive the Ashangali Events treatment – cohesive designs, quality materials and a polished look without the personalization or customizations. 


Each package includes standard linen (up to 2 colors), matching napkins, place settings with chargers, centerpieces (faux floral, candle or a blend), standard chair settings, focal point (one balloon display or draping) and welcome sign. To elevate your seating, chair upgrades are available for gold or clear Chiavari chairs.


Choose from our packages designed for up to 25 guests or up to 50 guests, each crafted with the same attention to detail as our custom packages. If your guest count is higher, even if you still desire the same elements, you'll need to select a custom package.

  • Classic linen tablecloths & linen napkins: Up to two solid colors
  • Stylish tableware: Coordinating plates, cutlery and cups
  • Chargers: Available in gold, silver, black and clear
  • Small centerpieces: Your choice of faux florals, candles or a mix

  • Mounted welcome sign: Sets the tone as guests enter the space
  • Setup and breakdown: Includes all items provided by Ashangali Events
  • Optional upgrade: Gold or clear Chiavari chairs (price will increase)

Please Note

Pre-set décor is designed in a done-for-you fashion. That provides you the opportunity to focus your planning efforts on the rest of your event. to be used in planning and executing the rest of your event. 


Menus, favors, acrylic welcome signage and other signage are only included in Custom Design & Planning service. Additionally, textured linen (velvet, sequin, taffeta, crinkle, etc.) and personalized centerpieces are only included in Custom Design & Planning service. 


All other customizations or upgrades fall under our Custom Design & Planning services.
