Every event deserves to feel extraordinary whether it’s an intimate dinner for twelve or a grand soirée for two hundred. At Ashangali Events, we combine creativity, coordination and design expertise to craft experiences that are as seamless as they are stunning. 


Each service level is tailored to your guest count, style and needs, ensuring your event feels effortlessly one-of-a-kind. 


Custom services generally fall into 3 areas: full design and planning; partial design and guided planning; and day-of design and décor.

FULL DESIGN AND PLANNING

This is for the client who wants a truly seamless experience from concept to cleanup. We handle every detail – décor; design; logistics; venue and vendor management; and onsite coordination. All you have to do is show up and celebrate.


Tableware (plates, glassware, cutlery), menus and welcome signage are always included.


No set idea in mind or want to be hands-off? We've got you covered. We'll ask a few questions and then expertly design your event from the smallest to biggest detail. 


We want you to enjoy all of the moments of your event without any worries.


Includes

  • Complete event planning from beginning to end
  • Custom design, décor and styling
  • Venue and vendor relations (venue selection, vendor sourcing, contracting, coordination, communication, deliveries)
  • Timeline and budget development and management
  • Milestone checkins
  • Setup and teardown
  • Onsite management and coordination during the event (or we'll stay elsewhere in the venue if you want more privacy)
  • Any other event-related need that may arise during planning and execution (grand entrance, themed photoshoot, etc.)

PARTIAL DESIGN AND GUIDED PLANNING

This is for the client who wants professional design and planning support while still making the key decisions. We design your event vision, coordinate trusted vendors and manage setup through the start of your event ensuring a smooth and beautiful execution. 


Tableware (plates, glassware, cutlery), menus and welcome signage are always included.


Includes

  • Custom event design and décor plan
  • Venue and vendor referrals (up to 3 each), communication and coordination 
  • Setup and onsite management through event start
  • Timeline and budget guidance leading up to your event
  • Breakdown and cleanup of our portion of your event (can be added on if full event breakdown and cleanup is needed)


Starting at $2500
(Pricing varies based on venue choice and guest count; smaller, more intimate celebrations are always welcome)

DAY-OF DESIGN AND DECOR

We'll design décor for your event while allowing you the most hands-on experience of coordinating the venue, vendors and other elements not related to décor.  


Our décor-only experience focuses on the visual design of your event – linens, napkins, centerpieces and backdrops that add to your event. 


While a welcome sign is included, tableware (plates, glassware and cutlery) and menus aren't included with this option. However, if you’d like us to provide and coordinate those elements for a fully styled tablescape, we're glad to help. Choose our Partial Design and Guided Planning package.


Includes

  • Setup of décor, backdrop and, if requested, dessert area
  • Retrieval of décor (unless personalized) at the conclusion of the event
